Order Confirmation and Cancellations
- Once your transaction is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from Sivilima.lk, orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned unless they meet the criteria outlined below.

- Product does not match the description or picture (not as advertised).
- Delivered product does not fit the required size.
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Goods that are not suitable to be returned due to their nature, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
- The Sivilima.lk Management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product after reviewing your case.
- All refunds are processed within 14 working days by Sivilima.lk. Further processing back to your credit card or bank account may require additional time depending on your bank or financial institution, for which Sivilima.lk cannot be held liable.
- To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required1.
